Frédéric DOPAGNE

Prof and Attorney at Law

Frédéric Dopagne is a professor of public international law at the University of Louvain (UCLouvain) and a visiting professor of international institutional law at the University of Liège (Belgium). His areas of expertise include the law of immunities, diplomatic law, international responsibility and the law of international organizations. He has published on various topics of public international law and EU institutional law. As a member of the Brussels Bar, he advises and represents sovereign States and international organizations on a wide range of international law issues. He was the Secretary-General of the Belgian Society of International Law (2017-2022) and is currently a member of the board of editors of the Belgian Review of International Law and Oxford International Organizations.
