Erik W. Brouwer is a Teaching Assistant and Ph.D. candidate at UCLouvain with a research project on the application of international investment obligations in occupied and disputed territories. He is also a regular contributor to the news and legal analysis service IAReporter. Admitted to the Italian bar, Erik previously worked in the litigation and arbitration practice of an international law firm, focusing on international commercial arbitration and matters of private and public international law.
